Paying creatives was and is a huge challenge. There are no guideline, and most of the times there are absurd contractual clauses. Like, for example, the pay date in more than 60 days. And those dates are more than often not respected by the clients and agencies.
So I was truly happy to be part of a great initiative planned by Ogilvy and The Romanian Advertising Agencies Union (UAPR).
The project is called "Behind any numbers there are humans" and aims to catch the attention upon a sad reality in which creatives are the victims of being payed for their work with huge delays.
